Abstract: This study explores strategies for integrating ethics education into vocational training in Nigeria, examining the importance of ethical awareness, values, and professionalism in preparing vocational students for ethical decision-making and responsible practice in their careers. Ethics education is essential for fostering integrity, social responsibility, and ethical leadership among vocational graduates, contributing to workplace ethics and organizational integrity. The research aims to (1) analyze current approaches and practices in ethics education within vocational training programs, (2) assess the impact of ethics education on student attitudes, behaviors, and ethical reasoning skills in vocational settings, and (3) propose recommendations for embedding ethics education into vocational curriculum to promote ethical awareness, professional conduct, and societal contributions. A survey research design is employed to gather insights from ethics educators, vocational trainers, and industry professionals. A sample size of 300 participants will be selected through purposive sampling to represent ethics instructors, vocational students, and ethics committee members in Jigawa State. Case studies will examine effective strategies and initiatives for integrating ethics education and their outcomes in vocational education contexts. Findings indicated varying approaches to ethics education delivery, identified challenges such as cultural perspectives and curriculum integration, and highlighted the role of experiential learning and ethical case studies in enhancing ethical decision-making skills. Recommendations include curriculum integration, faculty training in ethics pedagogy, and fostering ethical discourse and reflection to cultivate ethical competence and professional integrity among vocational students.
